An independent and impartial public official and officer of the Court. It protects the legal rights and financial interests of children and provides assistance to adults for financial and personal decision making.
Trail FAIR Society
Trail Family and Individual Resource Centre (Trail F.A.I.R Society) has been offering free, confidential, professional services for members of the community since 1977.
A wide range of programs and services are provided for: parents; caregivers; pregnant women and their partners; children; individuals with mental health or addiction concerns (including their families and friends).
Additional services include specialized victim assistance, and counseling programs, and a regional 24-hour crisis line.
